EXCHANGE & REFUNDS
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at tooprettiigirlss@gmail.com with your order number. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We will notify you once we’ve received or inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

  • Is there a refund or return policy?
    Due to shipping and handling, we cannot issue refunds or accept returns after your order has been placed. Please reach out to us through email if you have any issues with your order.
  • How long is the shipment processing time?
    All orders are processed within 3-5 days of placement. Shipping options are available depending on your needs and location.
  • What are my shipping options?
    Shipping options depend on your needs and location. Local delivery and pickup are available within the Greater Toronto Area. Canada post and UPS are available for all orders outside of the local delivery area.
